The Faithful: Women of the Bible Episodes 5 and 6 (“The Woman Who Loved") bring Fox’s biblical mini-series to a conclusion with the story of Leah (played by Millie Brady) and Rachel (played by Blue Hunt), the daughters of Laban (played by James Purefoy) and sister-wives of Jacob (played by Tom Payne) who give birth to his twelve sons (Genesis 29-35). Below I’ll offer an overview of the episodes and share my review/reaction.

“The Woman Who Risked Everything,” Episodes 3 and 4 of Fox’s new Bible show, The Faithful: Women of the Bible continues the story of the Genesis matriarchs, telling the story of Rebekah (played by Alexa Davalos), her stubborn husband Isaac (played by Tom Mison), and her rival sons, the insightful Jacob (played by Tom Payne) and the strong but impulsive Esau (played by Ben Tobson).

The Chosen Season 6 will officially premiere on November 15, with weekly releases of the first six episodes of the season through December 6, with the remaining two episodes being released theatrically in Spring of 2027.
